We will gladly accept returns for items within 10 days of order confirmation. Customers will assume responsibility FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES INCLUDING DUTIES AND SALE TAXES INCURRED. A8 New York will not assume responsibility for reimbursement and compensation for any return packages lost in transit and will not accept unauthorized returns.
Please read carefully: All items must be returned in the condition they were received and with all tags attached. Not worn or altered in any way. All cosmetics, skincare, fragrances and underwear are final sale and CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
We will not accept returns on International orders. All orders shipped internationally are final sale.

Shipping within the US
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS.
$8.00 Flat Rate + $2.00 Handling fee for first item. Each additional item add + $2.00 handling fee.
+ $ 15.00 additional for Alaska and Hawaii
+ $ 40.00 additional for international
We will process received orders as quickly as possible, processing times may vary due to the availability of merchandise, we will contact you if there will be an expected delay . We aim for delivery within 3-10 Business days. Some items are made to order and will take longer than the standard delivery period, we have noted this on the individual page of these products.
When your order is complete you will receive a tracking number for your shipment . The Customer is responsible for any additional charges on rejected packages.
A8 New York does not offer shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping
A8 New York ships Internationally using UPS.
Orders shipped internationally are final sale and non returnable.
We aim to provide shipping services to most locations worldwide, but please note that UPS may have specific shipping restrictions in place on certain destinations. We will notify you as soon as possible if shipment cannot be completed to your location.
Please note that international orders are often subject to duties and taxes in addition to the shipping and handling charges, and are billed by your country’s customs department upon arrival. A8 New York cannot estimate or cover taxes and/or duties on International shipments and any taxes or duties incurred will be the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information. Fragrance may not be shipped internationally.
All tents by Field Candy are shipped from the UK via Fedex. Tracking will be provided.
